Our Unique Process Guarantees Maximum Payment & Trust

1. Highest Platinum Price - We pay you at the highest closing platinum price from the day you ship your catheters, to the day we write your check. This way you can never be paid a lower price than your mailing date. Yet if the price of platinum goes up, you will receive the highest price attained. You always win.
   
   
2. Verifiable Results - You will receive a written "Catheter Tip Pricing Menu" with almost 90 catheter prices. If you want, it will allow you to calculate your payment even before sending in your catheters. Your count is optional as we do it twice. Only with a printed list in your hands, can you be assured that you are being paid honestly. This Pricing Menu is our contract for your payment.
   
   
3. Guarantee - We will retain your catheters for a period of two weeks before recycling them. This will allow us to review our identification and counting should you feel there has been an error in our process. If you are unsatisfied with our payment or service, we will return your catheter tips to you.
   
   
4. Quick Payment - We will mail out a reimbursement check to you within five business days of receipt of your catheters… often sooner.
   
   
5. Full Documentation of all Counts and Calculations - You will receive a detailed "Catheter Tip Calculation Sheet." It will list each catheter tip, their count, value, and all the calculations used to process your reimbursement, and adjust it to the current price of platinum. Everything is there for you to see.
   
   
6. Accurate Counting - All catheter counts are done by us to ensure accurate counting. Our policy for counting is as follows:
   1. Each batch of catheters is counted by us a minimum of two times.
      
   2. If there is a discrepancy between the two counts, then we will either make additional counts until there is confirmation, or utilize the highest number.
      
   3. The catheters are then rechecked and verified by a Senior Catheter Specialist.
      
      
7. Accurate Identification - We maintain a physical catalog of over 300 different catheters that is used to assist in our identification process. Our procedures, along with our experienced staff, achieve nearly 100% accuracy.
   
   
8. Confidentiality - You and your account information will always be treated with the utmost concern for privacy. We will never offer our client information to outside parties without our customers' expressed consent.
