||Ablation procedure expertise is the first responsibility and required skill-set of the FCE. Secondary responsibilities relate to supporting study center identification across the AF Solutions clinical portfolio. The FCE is responsible for developing and maintaining expertise on Medtronic’s AF ablation technology platforms, investigational and market released. Present in the EP lab supporting AF ablations for all procedures conducted within a study. Demonstrates knowledge of customer research interests and capabilities to more quickly identify and execute clinical trials. Proactively provides feedback to internal clinical study teams on study design and R&D on product development. The FCE will also have demonstrated an aptitude for being successful in the electrophysiology lab supporting AF Ablation, past experience managing research, patient safety focused and a track record of meaningful contributions to the larger organization.
